FY Simulation Session
A one day simulation-based course for Addenbrooke’s FY doctors.
- A small group of FY1 and FY2 doctors led by experienced faculty
- participants will have access to the simulator for a whole day, learning how to treat and manage the critically ill patient through various scenarios.
You will also have an opportunity to learn the following skills:
- Team working
- Dangers of medical errors
This course is aimed at Foundation doctors. There are 5 places maximum for FY2s on each date. Please note this course is currently open to Addenbrooke's FY trainees only.
This course is mandatory for Addenbrooke's FY trainees so you will need to attend one of the sessions that are running throughout the year. Please ensure you have been been granted leave to attend from your ward/department before applying
