This one day course, part of the East of England Higher Surgical Trainee Cadaveric Simulation programme, has been mapped to the intercollegiate surgical curriculum with funding from NHS England. Faculty from across the region will facilitate hands on training for regional higher trainees, ST3-8.
Course content:
Simulation exercises covering organ retrieval, vascular anastomoses and kidney transplantation. This course aims to bring basic and higher understanding of abdominal anatomy and Transplantation procedures.
Eligibility to attend
This is a NHS England funded course only open to Higher Surgical Trainees in a ST3-8 post in the East of England.
Applications from non-transplant trainees are welcomed.
