Learning to Lead
The Learning to Lead Programme is suitable for Consultants, GPs and SAS doctors and other senior non-medical leaders (Band 8A and above)
The programme consists of 8 programmes days, which take place one day per month.

Leading for Excellence
The Leading for Excellence Programme is suitable for aspiring Clinical Directors, Directors of GP partnerships/Networks and non-medical leaders (Band 8B and above)
The programme consists of 9 programme days, one day per month.
ILEAD
ILEAD is a structured study day to introduce essential concepts of leadership and management in the current NHS to consolidate the online leadership programmes with a view to encourage towards master class and the chief residents programme. This day is aimed as a stepping stone to introduce concepts for aspiring trainees to become future leaders in NHS.
This day is open to all FY1 - ST8 trainees who are in post at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Medical Trainee Leadership Masterclasses
The Medical Trainee Leadership Masterclasses are an opportunity to engage with senior managers (both clinical & non-clinical) to further understand the structure and process of management at Trust, Regional & National levels. They complement and expand upon concepts introduced in the ILEAD study days and the Edward Jenner online programme. To make the most of each session, interaction and questions to speakers will be encouraged.
The Masterclasses are open to all FY1- ST8 trainees who are in post at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
Dates for the 2021 masterclasses will be advertised once they resume.
