General Medicine

Training in General Medicine leads to the acquisition of skills and competencies that are needed to allow a consultant to assume clinical responsibility for the 'general medical take', which requires an ability to diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of acute and chronic presentations.

Here at Addenbrooke's we run monthly afternoon teaching sessions (1400-1630) for all those who contribute to the General Internal Medicine rota. These include various speakers and a hot case session.

Upcoming teaching dates:

Monday 26th February 2018 - Seminar Room 12 Clinical School

Tuesday 27th March 2018 - Seminar Room 10 Clinical School

Wednesday 25th April 2018 - Seminar Room 12 Clinical School

Thursday 31st May 2018 - Seminar Room 4 Deakin Centre
