Cambridge Postgraduate Medical Centre

General Practice

The Postgraduate Medical Centre delivers and supports ongoing professional development for GPs in Cambridge and the East of England. Teaching and training will be delivered by GPs and specialists, and is tailored to your CPD needs to support appraisal and revalidation. Although unfortunately we are currently running a very limited GP Programme.

The programme currently consists of our popular GP interest evenings (GEMS) which usually run three times a year (March, June and October). The evenings start with tea / coffee and networking at 7.00pm followed by group learning from 7.30pm - 9.00pm by Primary and Secondary Care experts, with invited guests, or case discussions. We try to include groups on First Five (relevant to newly qualified GPs), Women's Health and Substance Misuse at each of these evening sessions.

Please do get in touch with us for more information about the above sessions.
